I had a course of 5 MLD massage treatments to reduce swelling to abdomen and flanks. Did not know what to expect but Heather was excellent. We mixed up a few home visits as well as visits to her custom-built massage sanctuary at her premises. Heather worked the lymphatic system with the right level of intensity and this helped to significantly reduce my post operation swelling and ensure a speedy recovery. I really cannot recommend Heather highly enough and to find her was really fortunate, just when I needed help the most. For anyone considering MLD, I would recommend Heather unequivocally. She really knows her art
