Heather simply ‘sets the bar’ for a massage, no-one can come close to the level of care and attention she takes to understand and support your physical well-being. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

What a truly wonderful experience, Heather made me feel extremely comfortable, she is very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. I had a course of Manual Lymph Drainage massages and they made me feel much better straight after, she was very attentive making sure I was comfortable at all times. Heather gave me alot of advice before and after my tummy tuck surgery that helped me to get better results. I will definitely be having more massages in the near future, which I am looking forward too.

Heather provides much needed neck, shoulder and back massages for foster carers during a support group. She is always professional, has a very calm demeanour and the massage helps to relieve their stress.
Heather also provides individually tailored advice in respect of useful exercises they can use to manage on-going conditions.

I had Vaser Lipo and my surgeon suggested I have 8 sessions of lmphatic massage. Once I found Heather’s website and had a phone consultation with her I felt at ease. I highly recommend Heather, her approach is very comforting, and she took time to listen to my history and concerns. Heather did a thorough assessment before beginning, and she made sure that I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

During all my sessions, Heather checked in with me frequently and actively taught me how to massage myself, while allowing me to relax during other portions. She is really knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend seeing Heather, she was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I had a course of 5 MLD massage treatments to reduce swelling to abdomen and flanks. Did not know what to expect but Heather was excellent. We mixed up a few home visits as well as visits to her custom-built massage sanctuary at her premises. Heather worked the lymphatic system with the right level of intensity and this helped to significantly reduce my post operation swelling and ensure a speedy recovery. I really cannot recommend Heather highly enough and to find her was really fortunate, just when I needed help the most. For anyone considering MLD, I would recommend Heather unequivocally. I was advised to have MLD after Vaser Lipo and found Heather while looking for someone local. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through the sessions and gave me advice prior to my operation. She fitted me in the day after my procedure and having the sessions immediately after was hugely beneficial. I had around 8 treatments and Heather fitted me in at my home which was great as I really could not have travelled in first 48 hours. Treatments really helped and she also gave me some stretching and massaging to do in between sessions. I would highly recommend MLD after a procedure and Heather was nice and helpful.
